The Smashing Pumpkins have kicked off the first of their two-night shows entitled titled “Black Sunshine,” & “White Crosses” in Toronto 11/3-4 at Massey Hall and in New York City 11/6-7 at United Palace Theater. Each of the two nights consisted of completely different set lists, no duplicate songs across the two nights providing 40+ songs. Headlined as the 20th Anniversary shows the Pumpkins played hit favorites from all their albums as well as rarely played songs such as Bodies, Soma and Eye.

The Smashing Pumpkins will be exclusively debuting their new single “G.L.O.W” on Guitar Hero World Tour. The new single G.L.O.W. will be included with previous Smashing Pumpkins hit songs 1979 and the Everlasting Gaze. Billy Corgan will also be an in-game character in Guitar Hero World Tour, and announced that The Smashing Pumpkins song Today will be in the game. After 10 years of the old design I thought it was time for something new and fresh.
As many of you know the old site has long been suffering with inadequate updates, dated content and info, etc. I had always planned on updating the site and launching something newer but struggled with getting anything done and as the years started to go by the site began to rot. Part of the reason was simply I had lost interest, also the fact that the old site was not dynamic/automated made it difficult to keep things updated on a regular basis.
I hope everyone likes the new look of the site, I tried to keep it dark and familiar. The new site will once again have the latest Smashing Pumpkins news, information and tour dates. The photo album has been enhanced and expanded upon and the videos pages has been updated. More new content and features will be added in time. I will also be looking at ways to integrate the Message Board more into the main site.
